DOMESTIC RETURN POLICY
All items are made to order and are not eligible for refund. To request a return for alternative sizing, or to request exchange for a different item of similar or greater value, requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your item(s).
Items that are custom made, engraved, sized, or personalized in any way are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund or store credit.
Customers will be responsible for any and all shipping costs when sending back an item for exchange/repair. Léla Sophia Jewelry is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items being shipped to our studio.
All items purchased as a part of a promotion are final sale, and are not eligible for return, refund, or store credit.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY
All international orders are final sale.
Repairs will be evaluated on an individual bases, and type of repair. If necessary, cost of repair will be determined once evaluated. Please note your size before purchasing, and email firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions. Most items can be easily sized or ordered to size, please inquire with specific requests.
Lela Sophia Jewelry ships all items insured via UPS with signature required. Shipping within the US costs $25 for 2-Day, and $45 for overnight. Please email email@example.com to request a rush order.
If you are local in New York City, items may be picked up at our studio with no additional cost for shipping.
For international shipping, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the proposed shipping address to receive a quote.
Please email email@example.com to request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once you have received an email that your order has been shipped, it will not be eligible for cancellation.
