DOMESTIC RETURN POLICY

All metal based items/objects and jewelry are made to order (unless otherwise stated) and are not eligible for refund.  To request a return for alternative sizing, or to request an exchange for a different item of similar or lesser value, requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your item(s).  

Items that are custom made, engraved, sized, or personalized in any way are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund or store credit of any kind, partial or full.  Items that show signs of wear or that have been altered by an outside professional are not eligible for return, refund or exchange. 

Customers will be responsible for any and all shipping costs when sending back an item for exchange/repair | we recommend using an insured shipping carrier that requires signature upon delivery.  Léla Sophia Jewelry is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items being shipped to our studio.  Léla Sophia Jewelry is not responsible for any stolen packages once the item has been successfully delivered. 

All items purchased as a part of a promotion or purchased with a discount are final sale, and are not eligible for return, refund, or store credit.

Léla Sophia Jewelry's offerings of vintage objects and purses under the Léla Sophia Jewels category are eligible for exchange or store credit within 7 days of the items delivery.  Please email info@lelasophiajewelry.com with any inquiries or exchange requests.

All international orders are final sale.

Repairs

Repairs will be evaluated on an individual bases, and type of repair. If necessary, cost of repair will be determined once evaluated. Please note your size before purchasing, and email info@lelasophiajewelry.com with any questions. Most items can be easily sized or ordered to size, please inquire with specific requests.  We do not take responsibility for the cost of repair for items that show signs of wear or alteration of the original size and shape.  Repairing or replacing stones featured in any Léla Sophia Jewelry piece may be impossible due to the unique nature of each stone used.  Diamonds, Sapphires/Rubies, Emeralds and Pearls featured in our offerings are set to the highest of standards and should be treated with care.  Stones, including pearls, featured in items that show signs of being altered, shifted, re-shaped or may having experienced an impact are at risk of become loose or falling out.  Stone replacements will be determined carefully per case once the piece is back in our care to determine repair cost and options.  

Due to the delicate handmade nature of Lela Sophia Jewelry, each item is to be worn and loved with the utmost care.  Every piece of jewelry is hand carved, hand cast and polished uniquely and may vary in appearance.  Please note | while Léla Sophia Jewelry is designed for everyday wear, gentle and infrequent shape and sizing alterations for flexible pieces including chains and open bracelets and rings and necklaces is recommended.  Fine jewelry should always be treated and worn gently as these are precious metals and stones.

Shipping

Léla Sophia Jewelry ships all items above $300 insured via UPS with signature required.  Shipping within the US costs $25 for 2-Day, and $45 for overnight.  Please email info@lelasophiajewelry.com to request a rush order.

Cancellation Policy 

Please email info@lelasophiajewelry.com to request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. 

Once you have received an email that your order has been shipped, it will not be eligible for cancellation.
